Custom Orders, Clear Expectations
Thank you for choosing VulgrCo. All of our products are custom printed based on the specific selections and artwork provided by the customer during the order process. By placing an order, you confirm the accuracy of all details submitted — including design, size, quantity, material, and any other specifications.
Because these are custom-made items, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part (printing error, wrong size, wrong material), we will do everything in our power to make it right — whether that means a reprint or another suitable solution.
Refunds and Cancellations
Since each order is custom produced, refunds are not issued once production has started. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 1 hour of placing it.
If there is a rare case where we cannot fulfill your order due to inventory issues or other unforeseen problems, you will be contacted immediately and fully refunded if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
All orders go through a quality check before being shipped. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it. You will need to provide:

We will evaluate the case and provide a resolution at our discretion.
Shipping & Transit Issues
We pack all orders with care, but once the package leaves our facility, VulgrCo is not responsible for damage caused during shipping or transit. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim but cannot guarantee a replacement.
