1. Position Your Design

Place your transfer in the desired location, ensuring the fabric is smooth and free of large wrinkles. For hats or when using a household iron, heat-resistant tape helps keep the transfer in place. (Pro tip: You’ll quickly get a feel for when it’s needed!)

2. Press with Precision

• Temperature: 310°F (155°C)
• Pressure: Medium to high
• Time: 13 seconds
  Always test one transfer first! For best results, use a silicone upper platen cover or garment protector to shield the fabric from direct heat.

Troubleshooting:

• If the garment scorches, reduce pressure first.
• If needed, lower the temperature by 10–15°F while keeping reduced pressure.
• Vulgrco transfers are heat-tolerant—extra time or pressure won’t damage them, but always protect the garment.

3. Peel Hot or Cool – Your Choice!

With Vulgrco’s advanced adhesive, you can peel immediately or wait. If any part of the design doesn’t stick:

• Lay it back down and repress with extra pressure and +15°F heat.
• Still not adhering? Increase heat in 15°F increments until perfect.
  The best part? Repeated pressing won’t harm the transfer!

4. Final Press for Maximum Durability

Why settle for less? While other DTF brands skip this step, Vulgrco’s proven wash tests show that a final press is critical for:
✔ Enhanced softness
✔ Reduced shine (unless you prefer glossy—then use a guard sheet)
✔ Superior wash durability

How to final press:

1. After peeling the film, cover the design with parchment paper or a thin cotton cloth.
2. Press for ~15 seconds to lock in quality.

Wash Care for Long-Lasting Vibrancy

• First wash: Inside out, cold water.
• Dry: Low heat or hang dry (gentler = longer lifespan).
• Regular washing is fine, but delicate cycles maximize longevity.

All file types accepted, vector files are always preferred, raster art should be at least 300 DPI.
