1. Prepare the Surface

Thoroughly clean your cornhole boards. Make sure they’re dry, free from dust, oils, or residue, as this ensures maximum adhesion.

2. Align the Wrap

Peel back just a small section of the backing at first. Carefully line up the hole and edges of the wrap with the board.

3. Smooth in Sections

Slowly press the wrap down from top to bottom, peeling away the backing as you go. Use firm, even pressure with a squeegee or card to avoid bubbles.

4. Finish the Edges

Trim away any excess vinyl if needed. Press firmly around the hole cut-out and corners for a snug fit.

5. Optional Clear Coat

For added protection and extended life, apply a clear polyurethane coat after installation. This prevents scratches and scuffs from heavy gameplay.

• Routine Cleaning: Wipe boards down with a damp, soft cloth to remove dirt or dust.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Don’t use abrasive cleaners or strong solvents, as these can damage the vinyl and fade the design.
• Proper Storage: If boards are kept outdoors, store them indoors when not in use to extend wrap life. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat or moisture.
• Extra Protection: A polyurethane clear coat can provide an additional layer of durability, especially for boards that will see tournament-level play.

• Accepted Formats: PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD.
• Resolution: At least 300 DPI is recommended for the sharpest results. Lower resolutions may appear blurry when enlarged.
• Vector Artwork: (AI, EPS, PDF) is ideal for logos, text, and line art, as it ensures your design scales without losing quality.
• Bleed Margins: Extend background designs slightly past the edges of the board to avoid unwanted white borders after trimming.
